Economic Bulletin

(quarterly - publication dates in 2013: 18 January, 17 April, 17 July and 16 October)

The Economic Bulletin contains an analysis of the economic situation and economic policy and is the Bank of Italy’s main periodical publication. It describes economic developments in Italy - in the real economy, the national accounts, banking, and the financial markets - also from the perspective of the international economy and that of the Euro area. Topics of special interest are examined in greater depth in boxes within the main text. The January and July issues also contain a section on short and medium-term prospects. The Bulletin was published twice yearly until 2006.
