Lowered to € 30,000 the minimum reporting threshold to the Central Credit Register

The Governing Board - Directorate of the Bank of Italy has issued a resolution revising the rules of the Central Credit Register. From reporting date as referred to January 2009, the minimum reporting threshold to the Central Credit Register managed by the Bank of Italy will be lowered to € 30,000 from € 75,000. Bad loans shall continue to be reported to the Central Credit Register whatever the amount.
