Invitation to express interest

The Bank of Italy intends to dispose of its controlling stake in Bonifiche Ferraresi S.p.A. Società Agricola (a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange), equal to 62,37% of the company's share capital. The assets of the company currently consist of two farms located in the province of Ferrara and one in the province of Arezzo, for a total of 5,400 hectares, and several urban residential properties, mainly located in the province of Ferrara. The invitation to express interest sets forth the requirements for potential purchasers and the terms for the submission of the relevant requests.
