The first volume of Le vicende economiche di un'epoca, a collection of essays on economics edited by Pierluigi Ciocca and part of an Italian edition of Luigi Einaudi's writings, was presented at Palazzo Koch today, in the presence of Sergio Mattarella, President of the Italian republic. Speeches were given by Ignazio Visco, Governor of the Bank of Italy, Terenzio Cozzi, President of the Committee for the 'Edizione Nazionale degli Scritti di Luigi Einaudi' and Pierluigi Ciocca, editor of the first volume.
This edition will comprise thirteen volumes of Luigi Einaudi's most important writings, collected according to strict philological criteria and divided into major subject areas.
