€-coin continues to decline in February

In February €-coin fell again (to 0.24 from 0.31 in January), returning to the levels recorded in early 2015.

The main contributory factors were the decline in business confidence, primarily reflecting the weakness of the manufacturing sector, and the slowdown in foreign sales.
