The European Central Bank (ECB), the Bank of Italy, the Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance (EIEF) and the Center for Financial Studies (CFS) organize the 12th conference of the ECB-CFS Research Network on "Learning from the Crisis: Financial Stability, Macroeconomic Policy and International Institutions".
The conference will take place on 12-13 November, 2009 in Rome and will be hosted by EIEF.
The objectives of the conference are: to present state-of-the-art research on the roots and evolution of the current crisis, as well as the issues that it has raised for the reform of the international monetary and financial system; to provide a forum for debate among market participants, policy makers and researchers.
The deadline for the submission of research papers is Monday, September 7, 2009.
