Opening hours

  • from Monday to Friday from 08.15 to 13.30
  • on half holidays (14th August, 7th September, 24th and 31st December) from 8.15 to 11.15.

The Branch is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on the 1st January, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th, 25th and 26th December.


The Branch provides the following services to the general public:

  Payment and collection services for the State for the province of Aosta
  Issue and payment of BI cashier's cheques
  Exchange of banknotes and coins
  Examination of suspected counterfeit notes
  Interbank Register of Bad Cheques and Payment Cards
  Central Credit Register
  Complaints concerning banking and financial services
 Recourse to the Arbitro Bancario Finanziario
  Consultation of historical documents

The Aosta Branch also performs banking and financial supervision on bank groups and financial intermediaries with main offices in the Valle d'Aosta region, namely those principally operating at a local level, of smaller dimension or operative complexity.
