Area Coordination and Branch Liaison Unit

The unit provides operational support to the Managing Director for activities relating to supervisory policy and coordination. It promotes projects involving the entire Area and verifies their implementation and also assures uniformity of supervisory methods and procedures.

The unit provides support and advice to the branches in order to ensure uniform management of decentralized supervisory activities and close coordination at the various levels.
