Supervision Inspectorate

Head - Carmelo Barbagallo

The Inspectorate carries out inspections at banks, non-bank financial intermediaries and other entities subject by law to control by the Bank of Italy. It transmits the results of this activity to the competent units of the Head Office and coordinates the inspection activity of the Bank's branches. It establishes the methods and instruments to be used in inspections.
