The department oversees organizational development and structural changes; it coordinates the Strategic Planning procedure. It sets the criteria for the Bank’s internal rules and regulations and coordinates the application of external regulations. It also works to improve operating systems and procedures . It oversees the management and development of the Bank’s business continuity system. It is in charge of developing and maintaining methodologies for operational risk management. It is responsible for controlling the treatment of personal data.
