The department handles the general and technical administration of all property owned by the Bank and, with the approval of the Board of Directors, the property of other institutions whose activity is connected with that of the Bank. It plans, schedules and carries out work on the property, performs administrative controls and ensures that building inspections are conducted correctly. It handles the purchase, refurbishment and sale of buildings and manages rentals and lettings.

The department is responsible for the security system and manages security installations at Head Office.
