Personnel Rules and Remuneration Department

The department oversees the drawing up and updating of the rules and regulations governing employment with the Bank (discipline, pay and social security) and liaises with the trade unions. It studies employment legislation and court decisions and contractual matters. It prepares proposals for pay policy. It manages the legal and economic aspects of the Bank’s relations with its employees and retired personnel. It is responsible for administering the supplementary pension fund. It also handles disciplinary procedures as required.
