Legal Services and Law Studies Department

Head - Capolino Olina

The department handles all legal matters in which the Bank has an interest, providing advisory services and participating in court proceedings. It also assists the Directorate on legal questions and for any other matters as requested. It carries out legal research on topics of interest to the Bank, including in collaboration with other units.
