Competition for Coadjutor
This is the entry level for university graduates and senior administrative staff aiming for the managerial career stream.
Successful candidates at the competition are awarded funding to attend a course on banking and finance designed to provide an overview of the Bank’s functions.
Those who successfully complete the course are offered a position with the Bank and are assigned either to the Head Office in Rome or to one of the Bank’s branches.
New entrants as coadjutors follow a personalized training programme.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a 4 or 5-year Italian university degree – or equivalent foreign qualification – awarded with a mark of at least 105/110 or equivalent.
Competitions for the recruitment of graduates to the grade of coadjutor are generally held at yearly intervals; please consult the website periodically. Competitions are advertised for at least 3 weeks.
Competition for Technical Coadjutor
Qualifications
In addition to a 4 or 5-year Italian university degree – or equivalent foreign qualification – awarded with a mark of at least 105/110 or equivalent, candidates must meet the requirements for professional or research experience listed in the notice of competition.
