
The staff of the Bank are assigned to one of four career streams – managerial, administrative, security and other services, and production and maintenance.
Employees in the managerial career stream should have drive and initiative and be able to coordinate and oversee work; their duties include organizing technical and scientific aspects of work, managing people and drafting regulations.
Employees joining the Bank after being awarded funding are expected to perform intellectually challenging work and to progress towards a career in senior management.
Employees in the administrative career stream are required to show initiative and judgment and to perform tasks essential for the smooth running of the Bank’s departments.
Employees in security and other services are responsible not only for security, but also for other duties on behalf of the Bank’s offices.
Employees in production and maintenance as a rule perform manual tasks of various nature for the Bank’s departments.
